Who Can Be a Member of an 彩虹频道?

The ownership, operations and management of the 彩虹频道 are governed by a written Operating Agreement among its owners that is not required to be publicly filed or disclosed to the Delaware Division of Corporations. As a result, an 彩虹频道 allows the ability to create a customized management structure, which prescribes the relationship among owners.
